How to make vinyl blinds white again.
I used to sell window blinds and because of their price points they are made to be replaced economically.
This yellowing can be from the sunshine or a faulty product.
Make sure to submerge every part of your blinds in the water and soak them for at least 10 minutes.

How can you get them looking like new again.
You can always switch to aluminum or go to an off white vinyl blind to prevent yellowing from being so noticeable.
Spray the vinyl window with the vinegar solution or cleaner and let it sit for several minutes.
Dust both sides of all the slats of your blinds thoroughly with a dry rag.
To do so fill a bathtub with cold water and add 2 to 3 cups of bleach.
And then spray until the brown is gone.
If plastic or aluminum blinds still have stains after routine cleaning you can try a bleach bath.
